Chris has many interests including Business, People & Wild Life. His passions however are Property and Aviation.
Chris commenced his 'career' by enrolling in a Building Science degree. He leveraged the academic knowledge he was gaining, combined it with a little sweat equity and laid the foundation for his passion for property.
An opportunity in aviation presented itself for Chris to pursue his other passion. He spent the next 4 years qualifying and being employed as a commercial pilot & instructor.
Chris was approached to consider a career change in sales and marketing. After much deliberation he made the switch and remained in this field for the next 30 years. In the last 15 years, he transitioned from corporate employee to an employer of some 90 people on three continents. The annual revenues generated by the company secured the # 1 position for the last 10 years.
Throughout his life, Chris has maintained his passion for people, property and sales. Over the years, he has project managed, designed and built several property developments.
The foundation of his value proposition is transparency & honesty. He is recognised for the way he values the opinion of other individuals. His integrity, leadership, enthusiasm, high energy, negotiating and communication ability have been consistently credited over the years.
Chris has been married to Gail for 38 years, has two married children and two grandchildren.
